卡前列甲酯栓并催产素预防产后出血的疗效观察

目的观察联合应用卡前列甲酯栓(卡孕栓)和催产素预防产后出血的效果。方法选择240例妊振37~41周,硬膜外麻醉下经阴道分娩的产妇,随机分为联合应用卡孕栓 催产素组(治疗组)及单纯应用催产素组(对照组),各120例。治疗组产妇在胎儿娩出后即给予催产素20U肌肉注射,后舌下含化卡孕栓1mg。对照组仅在胎儿娩出后单用催产素20U肌肉注射,观察两组产妇失血量,第三产程时间及不良反应。结果两组第三产程时间、产后2h内出血量和产后出血率比较差异显著(P<0.05);不良反应比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论卡前列甲酯栓配伍催产素可有效预防产后出血,缩短第三产程,且无明显不良反应。

Effect observation of carboprost with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage prevention

Objective To explore the effect of carboprost compacted with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage prevention. Methods Divided transvaginal delivery primipara with peridural anesthesia 240 cases into treatment group( using carboprost and oxytocin,120 cases)and control group(only using oxytocin,120 cases).Treating group,intramuscular injected oxytocin 20U as soon as fetal head was expeled,and took sublingualy carboprost 1mg when foetus was expelled completely;control group,only intramuscular injected oxytocin 20U as soon as fetal head was expeled. Results The level of the third stage time of labor, the hemorrhage of postpartum 2 hours and postpartum hemorrhage rate of treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of side reaction in study group was not significantly lower than that in control group(P>0.05). Condusion The c ompatibility of carboprost with oxytocin can prevent postpartum hemorrhage, shorten the third stage of labor and have no evidence of side reaction.
