| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小儿外伤性硬脑膜下积液的治疗.方法 对26例小儿外伤性硬脑膜下积液采用不同的方法 进行治疗,并作回顾性分析.结果 两周后复查CT有大部分病例积液基本消失,3个月后随访CT复查全部病例积液消失、脑复位满意.结论 小儿外伤性硬脑膜下积液如能及时诊断,采用正确的治疗手段,能彻底治愈.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment of traumatic subdural effusion in children.Methods Data of 26 children with traumatic subdural effusion were retrospectively analysed.Results Subdural effusion was treated with different methods.Two weeks after treatment,CT scanning showed that subdural effusion almost disappeared.Three months later,subdural effusion disappeared completely and the cerebral reposition was satisfactory.Conclusion If diagnosed early and treated correctly,traumatic subdural effusion in children could be cured thoroughly. |
