肺癌细胞凋亡和P53蛋白表达的临床意义

目的探讨肺癌细胞凋亡、P53蛋白表达的临床意义。方法28例肺癌患者,采用免疫组化法检测P53蛋白,采用原位末端标记法(TUNEL)检测细胞凋亡,并与临床指标进行相关分析。结果在鳞癌、腺癌、小细胞癌中,小细胞癌凋亡指数最低(P<0.05),术后生存期超过五年者凋亡指数明显高于术后生存低于5年者(P<0.01)。P53蛋白表达在术后生存期超过5年者和术后生存期低于5年者有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论肺癌细胞凋亡指数和P53蛋白表达高低与术后生存期有关,故肺癌细胞凋亡指数和P53蛋白表达可作为估计术后生存期的指标。

Clinical significance of apoptosis and the expression of P53 in lung cancer

Objective To observe the clinical significance of cell apoptosis and P53 expression in lung cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P53 in 28 cases of lung cancer. Teminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) was used to detect the apoptotic cell in 28 cases of lung cancer.Results Apoptosis was no apparent correlation to tumor location. There were apparent correlations between apoptosis and histopathological grading(P<0.05), apoptosis and histopathological type(P<0.05), and apoptosis and survival time(P<0.01). The expression of P53 was found to be positively correlated to survival time(P<0.01).Conclusion Apoptosis and P53 expression are prognostic indexes in lung cancer.
