| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患者术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的预防和护理方法 .方法 采用抗凝,溶栓方法 降低血液盘黏稠度和溶解血栓,同时配合手法按摩及相应的宣教.结果 18例患者均经积极护理后,分别于症状发生后10～60d的症状消失.结论 合理的治疗和正确的护理及及时的入院宣教是治疗恶性肿瘤术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的关键.
