| 摘 要： | 目的明确总胆汁酸(TBA)在判断慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者肝脏炎症分级及纤维化分期中的价值。方法检测70例经肝活检证实的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者血清TBA水平,并与肝活检组织炎症分级、纤维化分期进行对照研究。结果慢性肝炎患者TBA水平与正常值比较明显升高,与肝组织炎症程度、纤维化程度均有正相关性。结论TBA是反映肝脏炎性活动及肝纤维化的较敏感指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the role of total bile acid ( TBA ) in evaluating the degree of inflammation and fibrosis of liver in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Serum levels of TBA in 70 patients with chronic hepatitis B confirmed by liver biopsy were detected. Their relation with the pathology of liver tissue was analyzed.Results The level of TBA was significantly increased compared to healthy people. There was significant positive correlation between TBA level and the degree of liver inflammation as well as fibrosis.Conclusion TBA is a sensitive marker reflecting the degree of liver inflammation and fibrosis. |
