| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨亚低温治疗弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的临床疗效.方法 将139例DAI患者随机分为亚低温组69例,常温组70例,比较两组治疗前后的脑组织氧分压、颅内压、血气分析、重要脏器功能指标及预后.结果 与对照组比较,治疗组亚低温治疗能显著提高患者脑组织氧分压(P＜0.01)、提高恢复良好率(P＜0.01),明显降低颅内压(P＜0.01)和死亡率(P＜0.05).结论 弥漫性轴索损伤早期辅助亚低温下综合治疗,可降低病死率和提高恢复良好率.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of sub-hypothermia on diffuse axonal injury(DAI).Methods 139 patients with DAI were ramdomly assigned to receive sub-hypothermic or normothermic treatment.Results Compared with normothermic treatment,sub-hypothermic treatment was associated with significantly elevated brain tissure oxygen tension(P<0.01),higher recovery rate(P<0.01),reduced intracranial pressure(P<0.01)and mortality.Conclusion Sub-hypothermic treatment can improve patients' prognosis,lower mortality;it is a safe and effective treatment for diffuse axonal injury,deserve recommendation. |
