乳腺癌应用紫杉醇新辅助化疗的近期疗效观察与护理

目的探讨乳腺癌术前应用紫杉醇新辅助化疗的近期疗效观察与护理体会。方法对30例乳腺癌患者,经股动脉插管至患侧锁骨下动脉、胸廓内动脉及胸外侧动脉,应用紫杉醇及表阿霉素行大剂量灌注化疗,灌注后2周左右施行手术。灌注前预防性应用抗过敏药物,灌注后加强观察与护理。结果灌注后,原发病灶均有不同程度的缩小,变软,粘连减轻。其中18例患者行改良根治术,12例行保乳根治术。无一例出现严重并发症。结论新辅助化疗是中晚期乳腺癌一种有效的治疗方法,恰当及时的观察和护理能有效避免乳腺癌动脉灌注化疗可能发生的并发症。

Neoadjuvant chemotherapy with Taxol for breast cancer

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of percutaneous arterial perfusion chemotherapy with Taxol before operation of breast cancer.Methods 30 patients with breast cancer were enrolled in the study. Catheter was introduced into the subclavicular artery, intrathoracic artery and lateral thoracic artery of affected side through the femoral artery. Perfusion chemotherapy with higher dose of Taxol and epiadriamycin was given 2 weeks before operation. Antiallergic drugs were given before perfusion.Results The primary tumor became smaller and softer with less adhesion after perfusion chemotherapy with no serious complications. Modified radical mastectomy was performed in 18 patients and radical resecction for carcinoma with preservation of breast in 12 patients.Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is an effective therapy for local advanced breast cancer, and its potential complications can be prevented through close observe and intensive nursing care.
