| 摘 要： | 目的探讨减轻新生儿静脉穿刺疼痛的护理干预方法效果。方法将2008年3月—2009年5月在我科住院的高胆红素血症的足月新生儿89例分成3组,在新生儿接受操作性疼痛刺激时采取体位支持、安抚奶嘴、安抚奶嘴加体位支持3种护理干预方法,比较减轻疼痛程度的效果。结果安抚奶嘴加体位支持的干预效果优于单独使用安抚奶嘴和体位支持,安抚奶嘴较体位支持能更好地缓解新生儿疼痛,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人力充足为患儿进行操作时,建议采取联合运用安抚奶嘴和体位支持,能较好缓解新生儿疼痛;人力不足时应用安抚奶嘴干预也能收到较好的效果,减少新生儿因疼痛引起的不良影响。
