摘    要:目的研究中、重度骨髓型急性放射病病人红细胞免疫功能变化规律。方法用PCR法研究红细胞CR1数量基因的变化,用红细胞C3b受体花环试验研究红细胞CR1活性变化。结果5例放射病病人的红细胞CR1数量基因无变化,而红细胞CR1活性明显低于正常值。在事故发生后4.5年红细胞CR1活性才恢复正常。结论结果说明放射病病人红细胞CR1活性的变化是长期的

Abstract:Objective To study the change regularity of red cell immune function in patients with moderate or severe acute radiation sickness (ARS). Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to study the change of erythrocyte CR1 quantity gene (ECR1 gene).Red cell C3b receptor rosette test (RC3bRT) was used to study the change of ECR1 activity. Results ECR1 gene was not changed in ARS.And ECR1 activity in ARS (5 cases) was significantly lower than in normal people.ECR1 activity in ARS was increased to normal in four and a half years after the accidental radiation exposure. Conclusions These results indicate that change of ECR1 activity in ARS exists for long time.
