肿胀麻醉下小切口治疗腋臭

目的:介绍一种简便、安全、有效的治疗腋臭方法。方法:在肿胀麻醉下,取腋窝皱襞小切口或与之平行小切口1￣2条,长约3cm,于真皮与皮下脂肪间潜行分离达皮下剥离设计范围边缘,并翻转皮瓣,修剪附于真皮基底的脂肪组织、毛囊、顶泌汗腺(大汗腺)腺体及导管,制成全厚皮片厚度,彻底止血,清除剥离腔隙内残留的游离组织后,间断缝合切口。结果:本组62例中,59例切口Ⅰ期愈合切口瘢痕细小不明显,腋毛生长明显减少;1例皮瓣边缘部分坏死;2例单侧切口拆线后裂开,切口延期愈合。经随访6￣24个月,62例中除1例术后仍有轻度异味(较术前明显减轻)外,其余患者术后异味消失。结论:本术式是一种微创、简便、安全、疗效确切,美容效果良好的腋臭治疗技术,值得临床推广应用。

Surgical therapy of bromidrosis with tumescent anaesthesia through a small incision

Objective To present a simple and effective surgery treatment of bromidrosis. Methods Under tumescent anaesthesia,one or two small incisions from creases in armpit or paralleled it which were about 3CM long were cut. Then segregated it between corium and adipose layer to border of the designed region. After flaps were turned over and basalis tissues under corium were trimmed,incisions were sutured interruptedly. Results Among the 62 patients in this group,59 patients healed as the first class except 1 case of part necrosis on border of the flap and 2 cases of delayed healing. All patients were rectified soundly except 1 abnormal flavour slightly in two-year follow-up. Conclusion The surgery technique designed in this trial is a safe and facile treatment of bromidrosis. Therefore,it should be extensively used in clinic.
