| 摘 要： | 目的 研究急性脑梗死患者血清IL-6、S-100b蛋白的动态变化及其临床意义。方法 双抗体夹心ELISA法检测IL-6、S-100b蛋白。结果 急性脑梗死患者血清IL-6水平、S-100b蛋白浓度明显高于恢复期和对照组,P<0.01。并且血清IL-6水平、S-100b蛋白浓度与梗死面积和神经功能损伤程度呈正相关。结论 血清IL-6水平、S-100b蛋白浓度能敏感地反映急性脑梗死患者梗死面积和神经功能损伤程度,是临床诊断、病情观察和疗效判断的检测指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study serum interleukin 6,S-100b protein and its clinical significance in acute cerebral infarction. Methods To measure interleukin 6 and S-100b protein in serum by using double-antibody sandwich ELISA. Results The contents of interleukin 6 and S-100b protein in strum were significantly higher than those of check samples(P<0.01) . The release of interleukin 6,S-100b protein into serum in patients with a-cute cerebral infarction was in positive correlation with neurological deficits and the region of brain lesions. Conclusion The findings show that interleukin 6 and S-100b protein levels in serum can be diagnostic measures for determining the severity of the disease and be helpful in clinical diagnasis,evaluation and treatment in acute cerebral infarction. |
