| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃动素(MTL)与脾虚证发生的关系。方法:动态观察实验脾虚证发生过程中体液及组织中MTL含量的变化,并用四君子汤反证。结果:脾虚制模早期MTL含量增高,而晚期低下。经四君子汤预防和治疗的脾虚大鼠,MTL水平紊乱的状态得到明显的改善,明显优于脾虚自然恢复大鼠。结论:初步表明体液及组织中MTL水平紊乱是导致脾失健运的主要原因之一。

| Abstract: | Aims: To explore the relationship between MTL and pathogenesis of spleen asthenia syndrome. Methods: During the course of pathogenesis in a rat model of spleen asthenia syndrome, dynamic changes of MTL in body fluid and tissue were measured by RIA, and Sijunzi decoction (SIJD) was chosen for confirmation. Results: In spleen asthenia syndrome, the level of MTL in body fluid and tissue significantly increased in the early stage and markedly decreased in the advanced stage, which was improved and even better than spontaneous recovery group after prevention and therapy with SJZD. Conclusions: The study confirmed that disorder of MTL in body fluid and tissue would lead to Pi Shi Jian Yun. |
