莫西沙星与罗氏芬治疗老年社区获得性肺炎临床疗效比较

目的比较莫西沙星与罗氏芬（头孢曲松钠）治疗老年社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的临床疗效。方法 82例老年CAP患者随机分为观察组（43例）和对照组（39例）。对照组用罗氏芬2.0 g加入250 ml生理盐水中静脉滴注,1次/d。观察组用盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠0.4 g,静脉滴注,1次/d,两组疗程均为7 d。观察两组的治疗情况。结果观察组发热、肺部啰音及胸片炎性影消失时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,两组咳嗽消失时间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率93.02%明显高于对照组71.79%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论莫西沙星治疗老年CAP临床疗效优于三代头孢的罗氏芬。

effect comparison between moxifloxacin and rocephine in the treatment of elder community-acquired pneumonia

Objective To compare the clinical effects of moxifloxacin and rocephine （ceftriaxone） in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia （CAP）. Methods A total of 82 cases of elderly people suffered from CAP were randomly divided into treatment group （43 cases） and control group （39 cases）. The control group was treated by 2.0 g of rocephine in 250 ml normal saline through intravenous drip for 1 time/d. The treatment group was treated by 0.4 g of moxifloxacin hydrochloride sodium chloride through intravenous drip for 1 time/d. The treatments for two groups lasted for 7 d. The curative effects were observed. Results The differences of fever, lung rale and disappearance of chest inflammation in the treatment group were statistically significant, compared with those of the control group （P〈0.01）. The differences of cough disappearing time were statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.02%, which was obviously higher than 71.79%of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of moxifloxacin in treatment of CAP is better than rocephine.
