氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀对肥胖型高血压患者的临床疗效

目的本文主要分析给予肥胖型高血压患者行氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院于2010年12月至2012年12月期间收治84例肥胖型高血压患者的临床资料,随机分为三组,即A组、B组、C组,每组28例,给予A组患者行单纯的氨氯地平治疗,给予B组患者行单纯的阿托伐他汀治疗,给予C组患者行氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对比各组患者的临床疗效。结果经过治疗,C组患者舒张压与收缩压的降压总有效率为96.42%,明显高于A组的78.57%与B组的71.42%;差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);且各组患者的总胆固醇、三酰甘油与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均比治疗前显著降低,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均比治疗前显著提高,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予肥胖型高血压患者行氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗,降压降脂效果显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Amlodipine Atorvastatin in Obese Hypertensive Patients

Objective This article mainly analyzes the chlorine horizon for fueling hypertension patients the clinical effect of combined therapy with atorvastatin. Methods Our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012, 84 patients treated during fueling the clinical data of patients with high blood pressure, and randomly divided into three groups, namely, group A and group B, group C, 28 cases in each group, and give the group A patients with pure amlodipine therapy, group B patients＆#39; line of pure atorvastatin treatment, to give the patients of group C chloride horizon joint atorvastatin treatment, comparison between groups of the patient＆#39;s clinical curative effect. Results After treatment, the patients of group C diastolic and systolic blood pressure step-down the total effective rate was 96.42%, significantly higher than the 78.57%of 78.57%of the group A and group B;Clear difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）;And groups of patients with total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol than before treatment significantly reduced, clear difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）;High density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly enhanced compared to that before treatment, clear difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Fueling hypertension patients＆#39; chlorine horizon line with atorvastatin therapy, step-down lipid-lowering effect is significant, worthy of clinical promotion.
