| 摘 要： | 应用原子吸收光谱技术测定34例慢性肾衰患者补锌前后血清和头发微量元素的含量.结果表明:补锌后患者血清和头发Zn、Se、Co明显升高,Al降低.血清Cu明显降低,发Cu降低不显著.患者的一些临床症状得到改善.

| Abstract: | The levels of trace elements in the serum and hair of 34 chronic renal failure patients before and after the supplement of zinc were determined by atomic absorpption spectrophotometry.The results of this study suggest that after the supplement of zinc , the levels of the serum and hair Zn, Se, Co increasedsignificanfly(P<0.01), except Al which was decreased (P<0.05).The levels of serum Cu also decreased significantly (P<0.01)Our results also showed that the supplement of zinc remarkably decreased the infection rate in the chronic renal failure patients.Moreover, the patients ' appetite increased and they felt bettear. |
