川崎病患儿的心电图改变及其临床意义

目的研究川崎病患儿的心电图变化及其临床意义。方法对38例川崎病患儿在发病急性期进行心电图检查,同时做心脏超声心动图观察冠状动脉损伤情况,并在1个月内复查心脏超声心动图,将有冠状动脉损伤的作为观察组,无冠状动脉损伤的作为对照组,并将两组心电图变化情况进行比较。结果本组38例患儿中有74%(28/38)出现了心电图改变。有冠状动脉损伤的患儿16例,均有不同程度的心电图改变100%(16/16),其中明显心律失常占该组的50%(8/16);无冠状动脉损伤的患儿22例中,有心电图改变的为12例,占该组的55%(12/22),均为轻度心律失常。有冠状动脉损伤组与无冠状动脉损伤组在心电图异常率方面比较,观察组明显高于对照组,两组差异非常显著,P<0.05)χ2=9.867)。结论川崎病患儿在急性期常有心电图改变,而且有冠状动脉损伤者发生率较高,有明显心律失常的发生率也较高。

Change of ECG and Its Clinical Significance of Kawasaki Disease

Objective To discuss the ECG change and its clinical significance of Kawasaki disease.Methods 38 cases of such patient in acute stage were detected with ECG and Echocardiography.They were divided into observed group and control group according to whether there was coronary artery injury.The detections were performed after 1month and the results were compared.Results There were 28 cases who had ECG changes and all had change in observed group with half severe change.There were 12 cases in 22 of control group who had slightly change in ECG.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There might be high incidence for obvious arrhythmia and ECG change in acute stage of Kawasaki disease especially with coronary artery injury.
