介入治疗用于巨块型宫颈癌手术前护理27例

目的：探讨巨块型宫颈癌术前介入治疗的有效护理措施，以提高护理质量。方法：对27例巨块型宫颈癌（Ⅰb～Ⅱa）均行子宫动脉灌注栓塞治疗1疗程，同时对患者进行心理、术前、术后的精心护理。结果：介入治疗顺利，无1例发生护理并发症。结论：通过介入治疗和精心护理能够提高患者疗效和生存质量，能为肿瘤根治性切除创造条件。

Nursing care of intra-arterial neoadjuvant chemotherapy before radical excision of bulk cervical cancer in 27 cases

Objective:To explore the nursing care and improve the nursing care quality of intra-arterial neoadjuvant chemotherapy before radical excision of bulk cervical cancer.Methods:27 cases were treated with 1 course of intra-uterine artery neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and considerate nursing care in psychology and perioperation.Results:All the cases weretreated with intra-arterial neoadjuvant chemotherapy before radical excision of bulk cervical cancer without any nursing complication.Conclusion:Intra-arterial neoadjuvant chemotherapy before radical excision and careful nursing care are not only helpful for improving the effect of operation but also create the opportunity of cervical cancer radical operation.
