活血化瘀法为主治疗出血性中风急性期45例临床观察

目的:探讨活血化瘀法治疗出血性中风急性期的效果。方法:以常规西药治疗为对照,观察活血化瘀方药对患者意识状态、运动功能的影响,并对两组疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组45例,有效率82.2％,对照组40例,有效率60％,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后意识状态及运动功能评分均显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:活血化瘀方药对出血性中风急性期效果显著优于常规西药治疗。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 45 Cases of Hemorrhagic Apoplexy at Acute Stage Treated Mainly with Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis Method

In order to explore therapeutic effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method on hemorrhagic apoplexy at acute stage, effects of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on state of consciousness and motor function of the patient were observed, and the control group treated with routine western drugs were compared. Results indicated that the effective rate was 82. 2% in the treatment group (45 cases) and 60% in the control group (40 cases), with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05) ; and the score of state of consciousness and motor function after treatment in the treatment group increased significantly (P<0. 01), showing that the effect of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on hemorrhagic apoplexy at acute stage is significantly superior to that of routine western drugs.
