中西医结合治疗慢性肾衰疗效观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的方法与疗效。方法:以六味地黄丸加味,配合西药纠酸、补钙、降磷、降血压等综合治疗CRF32例,观察治疗4个月前后临床症状及肾功能的变化,并与包醛氧化淀粉治疗对照组27例比较。结果:治疗组的临床症状及肾功能改善率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效较好,优于单纯西药或单纯中药治疗。

Treatment of Chronic RenaL Failure by Chinese and Western Medicines

This is in order to study the methods and effets of treatment to the CRF joining the Chinese herbal medicine together with the western medicine.Adding the flavor with Liuwei Dihuang Pills,matching with 32 examples of the synthesizing treatment to cure the CRF such as rectifying the acidosis,complement calcium,lower the P,lower the blood pressure with the western medicine. The clinical symptom and the changement of the kidney functions are observed after curing for 4 months or so,meanwhile,to compare with 27 examples of the treatment of the group of the western medicine treatment.As a result,the clinical symptom and the rate of the improvement of the kidney functions of the group of the treatment are obviously better than the group of checking against(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the treatment to CRF joining together the Chinese herbal medicine and western medicine is much better, surpassing the one with pure western or pure Chinese herbalmedicine treatment.
