高张氯化钠溶液对家兔重度失血性休克的治疗作用

股静脉或肱动脉注射少量7.5％NaCl溶液能使重度失血性休克兔的动脉血压升高,脉压增加,心率加快和所有兔存活,而静脉注射生理盐水,不能恢复循环机能,所有兔死亡。两侧迷走神经切断后,静脉注射高张NaCl溶液有同样的良好作用。这些结果提示,静脉注射高张NaCl溶液抗重度失血性休克兔的作用,与迷走神经完整与否无关。

Hypertonic NaCl in the Treatment of Severe Hemorrhagic Shock in Rabbits

Twenty-nine rabbits, anesthetized with pentobarbital, were bled to a mean arterial pressure (MAP) of 40mmHg within 10 minutes and kept at this level for 30 minutes. At this time, the rabbits were given 7.5% NaCl or normal saline in a volume equivalent to 10% of the shed blood. The intravenous infusion (n = 6) or brachial artery infusion (n=5) of 7.5% NaCl increased the arterial pressure and pulse pressure (PP) and heart rate (HR). All of n rabbits survived. The intravenous infusion of normal saline in 6 rabbits did not recover the circulatory function. Five of rabbits died 1-3 hours and one died 10 hours after bleeding. After vagotomy, hypertonic NaCl infusion showed the same benificial hemodynamic effects in 6 rabbits and all of 6 rabbits survived, while 6 rabbits treated with normal saline died 1-3 hours after bleeding. These data indicate that Hypertonic NaCl has benificial effects in severe hemorrhagic shock in rabbits and intact vagus nerves are not essential for these effects.
