原发性低频压征45例分析

本文分析４５例原发性低频压综合征的临床表现，诊断和治疗。全部病例均有坐立时头痛、眩晕等，二例癫痫样发作。腰穿压力＜０．６８６ｋＰａ，其中１０例负压；脑脊液合少许红细胞白细胞，蛋白含量增高。经头低足高位休息，补充大量液体，鞘内注射生理盐水，一般３周左右恢复，预后良好。文中提出原发性低颅压综合征可能与病毒感染、身体状况不佳有关，其发病机理是否与脊髓蛛网膜下腔调节障碍或／和蛛网膜颗粒样结构吸收增强有关。

The clinical Analysis of primary intracranial hypotension syndrome

The clinical manifestion, diagnosdis and treatment of 45 cases with primary intracranial hypotension syndrome (PIH) were analysed. Their classical symptoma were headache and vertigo in upright posture, epileptoid attack in 2 cases, The intracranial pressure were low by lumber puncture(<0. 686kPa, negative in 10 cases ), The cerebrospinal fluid contained small amount of RBCand WBC,protain moresed. All patients were reforced recumbency and treated with large amont of fluid. Most patients recovered about 3 weeks. Author supposes that PIH occurs propably in association with viral infection ; and mechanism of PIH might be related to regulation disorder of spinal arachnoid space,or/and increased absorption of cerebrospinal fluid in arachnodal granulation-like structure.
