针灸治疗功能性消化不良疗效评价指标述评

针灸治疗功能性消化不良的疗效早已在临床实践中得到了证实,但目前却缺乏足够强度的临床研究证据证明,其有效性并未被国际社会广泛接受。通过检索学习近10年来针灸治疗功能性消化不良的文献发现,疗效标准不统一、不规范,缺乏公认的、科学的疗效评价指标是针灸疗效不被广泛认可的重要原因之一。用现有疗效评价标准评价针灸治疗的疗效是不全面的,尤其是能充分反映针灸整体调节优势的生活质量评价未得到重视。建立以患者报告的临床症状与生活质量相结合的结局评价体系,客观评价针灸疗效势在必行。

Review of Efficacy Index of Acupuncture for Functional Dyspepsia

Acupuncture for functional dyspepsia(FD) has been proved to be effective in clinics,but its benefit is lack of stronge evidence,so it is not widely accepted by the international society.One of the most important reason that effectiveness of acupuncture is not established is for the lack of unrecognized and standardized therapeutic effect assessment index based on the review of the associated literature in the past 10 years.More and more evidence showed that it is imcomplete to assess the therapeutic effect of acupuncture according to the existing evaluation criterion,and more attention should be paid to the improvement of quality of life which can reflect the advantage of acupuncture in regulating the body as a whole.In a word,works should be done to evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture objectively by the establishment of outcome evaluation system by combing subjective symptoms with life quality.
