| 摘 要： | 本文对我院以１９８２－１９９５年期间收治的８例颈静脉球体瘤进行了回顾性分析。其中包括５例鼓室型颈静脉体瘤，３例颈静脉孔型颈静脉球体瘤。对其诊断，分类及手术途径进行讨论，并介绍一种改良的颅内外联合进路途径用于切除广泛的颈静脉体瘤。

| Abstract: | Eight cases of glomus tumors hospitalized in our department from 1982 through 1995 were reviewed which comprised five glomus tympanicum tumors and three glomus jugulare tumors.Discussion was centered on its contemporary diagnosis,classification and surgical treat-ment with intreduction of a modified combined intra and extracranial surgical approach to resect the extensive glomtis tumors. |
