经眶颧额颞下联合入路的特点与若干注意事项

经眶颧额颞下联合入路切除中颅凹底肿瘤，因颅底显露角度明显扩大，便于充分切除颅底被肿瘤浸润之骨质或妨碍显露的部分，从而直接显露肿瘤或明显缩短其显露距离，最大限度地减少了脑牵拉。对切除鞍旁及颅眶畸跨性肿瘤十分有利。本文还特别提出术中应注意的若干事项。

Characteristics of Combined Frontoteniporal-orbitozygomatic Approach for Removing Tumors of the Middle Cranial Fossa

A combined frontotemporal- orbitozygornatic approach for removing tumers of the middle cranial fossa was described.Because the exposure angle to anterior and middle cranial fossae was greatly widened by temporary removal of the superior and lateral orbital rims and zygomatic arch,this approach facilitated extensive cuts of the orbital walls and sphenoidal wings infiltrated by tumor or the bones against surRical exposure,and provided an excellent visualization of the parasellar area and orbital cavity,even the infratemporal fossa with minimal or without cerebral retraction.Therefore,it allowed for an aggressive resec-tion of neoplasms involving such areas.
