| 摘 要： | 目的：应用统计学方法求出超声测量的儿各生理指标与胎儿体重的关系。方法：超声测量胎儿颈后软组织厚度、双顶颈、股骨长征、腹围、应用线性回归方程求出各指标与胎儿体重的关系。结果：胎儿颈后组织厚度、双顶颈、股骨长颈、腹围与胎儿体重具有良好相关性。结论：此项研究为临床提供了一种新的检测方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To measure the fetus physiological indexes(FPI) by B-US and apply statistical methods to find out the relation between FPI and the fetus weight. Methods Measure the depth of the soft tissue in the back neck of fetus, Biparietal diameter(BPD) , femur length(FL) and abdominal circumference(AC), and apply linear regression equation.Results There is a good correlation between the indexes and the fetus weight. Conclusions This research adds a new index to clinical diagnoses. |
