主动脉弓中断纠治手术的体外循环

摘    要:目的 总结主动脉弓中断手术的体外循环技术和特点;方法 10例主动脉弓中断患儿施行修补手术,分别采用了深低温停循环、深低温低流量和常温体外循环;结果 10例患儿全部成活,术后恢复良好。结论 深低温低流量灌注或深低温停循环,是修补主动脉弓中断畸形的较为理想的体外循环方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Retrospective study of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in surgery for interrupted aortic arch. METHODS 10 cases with interrupted aortic arch were operated with 3 different CPB methods: profound hypothermia with circulatory arrest, profound hypothermia with low flow rate and normothermia CPB. RESULTS All were alive and without severe complications. CONCLUSION Profound hypothermia with low flow rate and profound hypothermia with circulatory arrest are the preferred methods of CPB for the surgery of interrupted aortic arch.
