Abstract: | Background Diastolic heart failure(DHF), also known as heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF), is a common clinical phenomenon that has reached 50% of heart failure(HF). It has high morbidity and mortality and seriously affects the quality of life in the elders. Over the past decade, many studies on the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatments of DHF have been reported. In this article, we summarized the latest research to provide a theoretical basis for better management of DHF. |
