大隐静脉曲张伴全段血栓性静脉炎的外科手术治疗

目的探讨大隐静脉全段血栓性静脉炎的外科手术治疗的方法。方法回顾性分析东莞市桥头医院2010年1月至2016年12月间收治的40例大隐静脉全段血栓性静脉炎的临床资料。结果 40例全部行大隐静脉高位结扎+全段大隐静脉剥离手术,必要时切开大隐静脉汇入部行取栓术。术前术后常规予抗凝及抗感染治疗,无患者新出现深静脉血栓形成,没有发生因静脉血栓脱落而引起肺动脉栓塞病例。结论大隐静脉高位结扎+全段大隐静脉剥离是大隐静脉全段血栓性静脉炎的治疗安全有效的方法,术前应给予适当抗凝治疗,术中避免挤按压病灶,防止因静脉血栓脱落而引起严重后果。

Surgical intervention for acute thrombophlebitis of the great saphenous vein intact

［Abstract］ Objective To summarize the characteristics of surgical procedure for acute thrombophlebitis of the great saphenous vein intact. Methods Forty patients were enrolled in the present study and retrospectively analyzed the surgical approach in the patients with intact saphenous vein thrombophlebitis from Dongguan Qiaotou Hospital from January 2010 to December 2016. Results All 40 cases underwent high ligation of great saphenous vein and intact saphenous vein stripping surgery. Anticoagulant and anti?infection treatment were given to the patients before and after operation. No new deep vein thrombosis was found in the patients. There was no case of pulmonary embolism caused by venous thrombosis. Conclusion The high ligation of great saphenous vein and intact saphenous vein stripping surgery is a safe and effective treatment of intact saphenous vein thrombophlebitis. Preoperative appropriate anticoagulation, avoidance of compression of the lesion during operation, are important steps for prevention of serious consequences caused by venous thrombosis.
