高砷煤所致皮肤角化继发皮肤癌的观察

The observation of secondary skin cancer of hyperkeratosis of skin caused by hyperarsenic coal

Objective To understand the situation of secondary skin cancer of hyperkeratosis of skin spot caused by coal burning type of arsenic poisoning.Methods We carried out it by the investigation of epidemiology and necessary clinical signs with the data from retrospective survey.Results We have got the result by tracing observation to 15 patients of arsenic poisoning:that there are more than 15 years from hyperkeratosis of skin caused by arsenic poisoning to cancer,average 17.5 years.The injury of hyperkeratosis is difficult to heal and it is easy to get bacterial infection.It is the reason of accelerating cancerous change.We also analysed all sorts of factors why the cancerous change rate is so high on the hyperkeratosis of hand foot skin.Conclusions The patients in arsenic poisoning endemias,on whose body the cancer of hyperkeratosis position appears,can't renew health for a long time.We should first consider the possibility of cancerous change.
