SARS流行前后医务人员锻炼、休息及心理状况的调查分析

目的　调查严重急性呼吸道综合症 (SARS)流行前后医务人员锻炼时间、休息时间和心理状况 ,为今后防治SARS或类似传染性疾病提供借鉴。　方法　采用现场填写调查表法。　结果　SARS流行时 ,医务人员睡眠时间、体育锻炼时间均显著少于流行前或流行后 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;心理紧张人数显著多于流行前或流行后 (P均 <0 .0 1)。　结论　SARS流行时 ,医务人员锻炼和休息需要督促和指导 ,他们的心理状态亦需要被了解和调整

An Investigation of Medical Workers' Exercise, Sleep and Mental State during SARS Outbreak in 2003

Objective To investigate the medical workers' exercise, sleep and their mental state, during the outbreak of sever acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), so as to provide an reference to prevent SARS or similar communicable diseases. Methods People investigated were asked to fill in the questionnaire on the spot. Result In SARS spidemic, the mean of the medical workers' sleeping time or exercising time everyday was much less than the mean before the epidemic or after the epidemic (P<0.01), and the number of people who felt stressed was much higher than that before the epidemic or after the epidemic (P<0.01). Conclusion During the outbreak of SARS, it was needed to supervise and direct medical workers to exercise and sleep, and it was also needed to know and adjust their mental state.
