农村小儿智力发育与婴儿期喂养关系的调查

对婴儿期的小儿进行合理喂养是极为重要的,不仅关系到小儿体格生长发育,也影响到小儿智力发育。辅食添加是婴儿出生后乳汁喂养过渡到“断奶”的一个重要阶段,也是合理喂养过程,它涉及添加辅食的成份,最佳配方以及添加的有利时机等等。本文仅就辅食添加的时机与小儿智能发育的情况进行初步探讨,发现:(1)、智能得分最高的是母乳充足并于五个月龄时添加辅食的小儿,五个月以后添加的,添加越晚,得分越少,差异非常显著(P<0.001)。(2)、人工喂养、混合喂养与母乳喂养儿智能发育无显著差异.

It is Very important to fe- ed properly in babyhood.It does not only affect the physi- cal growing but also the intel- ligent devolopment.Supplemen- tary foods is an important feed- ing process from feeding with milk to stop it.It is related to the material of supplementary f- oods,the best method and the g- ood opportunity and so on.This article only studies about the t- actics between the opportunity of supplementary foods and th- e intelligent development of ba- bies.It has been found that the highest intelligent score is pien- tiful mother milk and adding s- upplementery foods since 5th m- onth of birth,and that the intel- ligent development has no rem- arkable difference among man- made feeding babies,mixture feeding babies and milk feedi- ng babies.
