射频消融髓核成形术治疗颈椎病围手术期护理

目的:探讨射频消融髓核成形术治疗颈椎病围手术期护理方法。方法:回顾性分析射频消融髓核成形术治疗颈椎病的围手术期护理,包括心理护理、术前宣教、术后护理、并发症观察等。结果:本组39例患者手术均获成功,30例患者颈肩部疼痛消失,90%患者上肢症状缓解满意,80%患者头晕症状缓解满意,部分交感型颈椎病患者效果不满意,患者均无气管、食管损伤;无脊髓及神经根损伤。结论:颈椎射频消融髓核成形术围手术护理临床路径实施护理对提高手术治疗效果十分重要,可以减少术后并发症的发生。射频消融髓核成形术是一种安全、有效的颈椎病微创治疗,完善的围手术期护理能提高成功率,有效预防并发症的发生。

Effect of perioperative nursing in cervical spondylosis treatment by percutaneous coablation nucleoplasty

Objective To explore the efficacy of perioperative nursing in cervical spondylosis treatment by percutaneous coablation nucleoplasty,and their complications and innuence on the stability of the cenrical.Methods Retrospective anlysis perioperative nuring method of 39 cervical spondylosis patients treamtment by percutaneous coablation nucleoplasty,including mental nursing,perioperative education,postoperation nuring and complicational monitor.Results 39 patients operation succeed,30 patients nect shoulder pain disappeared,90% patient satisfactorly relieved.Some patients of sympathetic cervical spondylosis werent very satisfactory.All patients without tracheal,esophageal,spinal cord and nerve root injury.Conclusion Percutaneous coablation nucleoplasty is a safe,effective and minimally invasive treatment of cervical spondylosis.Perfect perioperation nuring can improve the success rate,it can effectively prevent complication.
