中药足浴治疗糖尿病神经病变的观察与护理

目的:探讨常规护理结合中药足浴治疗糖尿病足神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将患有糖尿病神经病变的患者70例随机分为治疗组37例与对照组33例,两组均予以常规治疗与护理,对照组采用温水足浴,治疗组采用中药足浴,观察两组足的疼痛、麻木、灼热、发凉症状改善情况。结果:治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论:常规护理结合中药足浴治疗糖尿病安全、有效,值得推广,而且简便易行,让患者容易接受。

Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treatment diabetic neuropathy observation and nursing
