标本溶血在生化检验中对结果的影响及对策

摘    要:目的:探讨标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响。方法:选择进行体检的50例正常人的血液标本作为研究对象,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血液标本中的各项生化指标(包括TP、TBIL、AST、DBIL、ALT、CK、γ-GT、ALB、LDH、TC、HDL、TG、LDL)测定值的变化,并对溶血前后的各项生化指标进行对比分析。结果:经对试验结果对照分析,与正常标本相比,溶血后标本的DBIL、ALB、TC、TG、HDL、TBIL、LDL的值没有发生明显的改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而CK、TP、AST、LDH、ALT、γ-GT均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床检查中,溶血对血清中的AST、ALT、CK、TP、γ-GT、LDH等生化指标具有明显的干扰,在对测定结果进行分析,一定要注意是否溶血,并且采取一切可行的措施和方法,控制溶血的发生,必要可以重新采血,确保测定结果的准确性。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of hemolysis on biochemical test results.Methods Blood samples from 50 normal subjects for examination as the research object,using various biochemical tests of blood specimens of automatic biochemical analyzer in(including TP, TBIL,AST, DBIL,ALT,CK, γ-GT, ALB,LDH,TC,HDL,TG,LDL) measured variation value,and biochemical indicators of hemolysis and comparative analysis.Results The results were analyzed,compared with the normal specimens,hemolysis specimens of DBIL,ALB,TC,TG,HDL,TBIL,LDL values did not change significantly, the difference was not statistically significant(P 〉 0.05),while CK,TP, AST, LDH,ALT, γ--GT obviously increased,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Clinical examination,hemolysis on serum AST, ALT, CK, TP, γ-GT, LDH and other biochemical indexes have significant interference on the determination results,in carries on the analysis,we must pay attention to whether hemolysis,and to take all feasible measures and methods,controlling the occurrence of hemolysis,necessary to blood,to ensure the accuracy of determination results.
