微切口胆囊切除术382例分析

目的 总结微切口胆囊切除手术治疗胆囊疾病的经验.方法 对2002～2006年进行的382例微小切口胆囊切除手术进行回顾性分析.结果 本组382例切口长2.5～3.1 cm,平均2.9cm.全组手术均顺利完成,无并发症发生,术后恢复快,切口一期愈合,疤痕极小.结论 该术式直视下手术,微创安全,损伤小,恢复快,不需要高昂设备,掌握一定的手术技巧后不失为一种安全有效的术式.

The Experience of 382 Minicholecystectomy

Objective To summarize the experience of minicholecystectomy.Methods A total of 382 patients underwent minicholecystectomy from 2002 to 2006 were studied retrospectively.Results The length of incision during operation in this group Varied from 2.5cm to 3.1cm, and the mean value is 2.9cm. Minicholecystectomy was successfully performed in all patients, no severe complication occoured. All patients recovered fast and wound healed with less scar.Conclusion Minicholecystectomy demonstrates the advantages of minimal invasion and rapid recovery, but no expensive devices are in need. Therefore, it is worthy of being popularized in surgical treatmean of cholecyst diseases.
