摘    要:本文介绍了一种人体生理信号测试与处理系统的设计。它主要用于模拟航天失重条件的卧床实验室。这是一个较大型的计算机应用系统,可同时对8名卧床受试者生理状态进行长时间监测,采集保存大量原始数据,进行及时快速处理。每名受试者被测信号有9导,其中心电或脑电6导,阻抗式呼吸波1导,体表温度2导。监护指标有3项:心率、体温和呼吸率。原始数据保存可采用模拟磁带记录和数据采集存盘两种形式。分析项目包括信号参数提取,功谱、相关、相干和传递函数分析,各种趋势图、直方图和谱阵图等。该系统也可应用于其它医学实验室,特别是推广应用到医院多床位病人监护。

Abstract:In space medical research head-down bed rest is a feasible means of simulating effects of longterm weightlessness on human body on the earth. For the sake of subjects'safety and the purpose of research, it is necessary to monitor the physiological indices of every subject continuously, to record a large quantity of original data, and to process them in time for relevant information during experiments. A physiological signal acquisition and processing system for bed-rest laboratory was developed to meet the requirements. It is a large computer application system with which physiological status of 8 subjects can be monitored simultaneously and their data processed in time. For each subject there are 9 signals to be measured, 6 ECG/EEG; 1 respiration and 2 body surface temperatures. The monitored indices are heart rate, temperature and respiratory rate. Original data are recorded on analog tape or stored on disk. Analysis items include extraction of signal features, power spectrum, correlation funtion, coherence function as well as various trend diagrams, histograms, spectrum array graphs and so on.The system consists of GW--286B microcomputer system (including 12 bit A/D card, digital signal processing card, printer and X-Y ploter) , 8-channel magnetic tape recorder (MR), 8--trace oscillograph (OSC) , special interface device (SID) and 8 sets of bedside polychannel physiological amplifiers and monitor device (BAMD). Being center of the system architecture, the microcomputer connects BAMDs, MR and OSC via SID. As SID and each BAMD, which contain signal chip computer respectively, have independent ability of processing, it is a distributed 3--level processing system. Several advantages brought by this structure design are described. Specifications of the physiological amplifiers developed for this system are given.Though it is designed for bed-rest experiment in space medicine, the system can be used in other medical laboratories, particularly in hospitals for multi-bed patients care.
