| 摘 要： | 针对细菌内青素的化学性质，比较了用亲和层析法，离子交换层析法和疏水相互作用层析法等3种层析法去除基因重组^125Ser-IL-2产品中细菌内毒素的效果。结果表明，亲和层析法的效果最好，但综合各方面的因素，离子交换层析法更实用。

| Abstract: | Based on the property of bacterial endotoxin,the effects of affinity chromatography,ion exchange chromatography and hydrophobic interaction chromatography on removal of endotoxin in the pu- rification of recombinant12 5Ser- IL - 2 were compared. Though PME affinity chromatography performed a best result,ion exchange chromatography was more reasonable because itcould also improve the purity of 12 5Ser- IL- 2 . |
