长春花生物碱合成途径调控机制研究进展

摘    要:长春花是一种重要的药用植物,其中含多种抗癌生物碱,然而在植物体内的含量甚微。文章对长春花生物碱合成途径中上游、中游、下游3个方面进行分阶段阐述,在每一个阶段对影响生物碱合成的物质,特别是关键酶进行了详细的综述。最后,对长春花生物碱合成途径的复杂调控性、影响因素和人工改造提出了一些设想。

Abstract:Catharanthus Roseus is one of the important medicinal plants that contained most anti-cancer alkaloids, but they can't meet the requirement of market because of the limited content in Catharanthus roseus . In this paper, the upstream, midstream and downstream of alkaloids biosynthesis in Catharanthus roseus were illustrated and the substances of affecting alkaloid biosynthesis, especially key enzyme, were summarized in detail.
