| 摘 要： | 测定了15例化脓性脑膜炎(化脑组),14例病毒性脑膜炎(病脑组)及10例非颅內感染(对照组)患儿的脑脊液乳酸脱氫酶(LDH)活力。结果显示,化脑组LDH活力明显高于对照组和病脑组。病脑组虽较对照组增高,但差异不显著。以LDH大于病脑组95％的可信区间上限即240u/dl作为标准,诊断化脑的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为81.08％、95.23%和90.62％。

| Abstract: | The activity of lactic dehydrogenase ( LDH ) in the cerebrospinal fluid was determined in 15 patients with purulent meningitis (the group with purulent meningitis);14 virus meningitis(the group with virus meningitis) and 10 sick children without intracranial infections ( the control group). The results showed that the activity of LDH in the patients with purulent meningitis was obviously higher than, that of the other two groups. The activity of LDH in the patients with virus meningitis was higher than that of the control group, but there was no remarkable difference between them. Taking LDH more than 240u/dl as the criteria for diagnosing purulent meningitis, we found that the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 81.08%, 95.23% and 90.62% respectively. |
