前列腺原发移行细胞癌（附1例报告）

目的 提高对前列腺原发移行细胞癌的认识，探讨其诊治方法。方法 通过诊治1例原发前列腺移行细胞癌（PTCC）患者，并复习相关国内外文献进行讨论。结果 患者行根治性前列腺膀胱切除术，病理证实为PTCC，免疫组化染色：S100阴性（-），CK阳性（＋＋＋），P53阳性（＋＋＋），PSA阴性（-），术后随访至今无瘤存活。结论 原发PTCC比较少见，其临床表现无特异性，确诊依靠病理学检查，其恶性程度高，对激素治疗不敏感。早期发现并手术，术后联合放疗有望提高疗效。

Primary prostate transitional cell carcinoma(report of one case)

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of primary prostate transitional cell carcinoma （PTCC）. Methods One case of PTCC was reported, and the clinical data, including diagnosis and treatment were reviewed and analysed. Results Radical cystoprostatectomy was performed on the patient. Primary prostate transitional cell carcinoma was verified by pathological results. Immunohistochemical staining presented S100 （-）, CK（＋＋＋）, P53 （＋＋＋）, PSA （-）. The patient is still alive and free of disease. Gonclusion PTCC is a rare malignant prostate tumor. However, the symptomatology is inspccific and correct diagnosis mainly depends on pathological results. PTCC is rapidly progressive and irresponsive to hormonal therapy. Radical cystoprostatourethrectomy and combined radiation therapy should be used.
