| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的远期疗效。方法：采用单纯使用万乃洛韦、解毒胶囊、卡介菌多糖核酸及后二者联合应用等4种方法，治疗复发性生殖器疱疹共156例。结果：联合使用解毒胶囊与 卡介菌多糖核酸组，生殖器疱疹治疗前后的年复发次数较单用万乃洛韦组明显降低（P＜0．01），也较单用解毒胶囊组或卡介菌多糖核酸组降低（P＜0．05）。结论；中西医结合的治疗方法有明显的抑制病毒作用，对复发性生殖器疱疹有明显的远期疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the long-term curative effectfc remedies for recurrent genital herpes (RGH). Methods: 156 cases of RGH were treated by 4 remedies individually, i.e., Valaciclovir alone, Jiedu Capsule, polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (PBC) and the combination of Jiedu Capsule and PBC. Results: After treatment ,the annual relapse frequency treated by combination of Jiedu capsule and PBC was markedly decreased than that treated by Valaciclovir along (P < 0.01),and also reduced than that treated by Jiedu capsule or PBC alone (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The remedy of TCM combinated with Western medicine can markedly inhibit the virus and exerts a long-term curative effect for RHG. |
