两孔法电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸的疗效分析

目的研究并探讨两孔法电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸的临床疗效。方法选取该院在2008年1月—2012年1月收治的80例自发性气胸患者,将这些患者作为研究对象。使用全麻双腔插管,在腋中线的第3或4肋间切口,选择合理的观察孔和操作孔,观察肺叶,找出肺大泡,再把它从操作孔拉出,在其基底处切除肺大泡。结果所有采用两孔法电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸患者在随访4～6个月内痊愈率超过90%,仅有2例气胸复发,经过第二次胸腔镜手术后治愈。结论两孔法电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸效果显著,其具有操作简便,复发率很低,创口小,费用较低等优势确保了临床推广率。

Two holes Method to Anytysis the Curative Effect of Video-assisted thoraco-scope surgery Treatment of Spontaneous Pneumothoax

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and to explore the two hole method of video-assisted thoracoscopic operation in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods In our hospital in 80 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax in 2008 January to 2012 January were, these patients as research object. The use of double cavity intubation of general anesthesia, in axillary mid- line of the third or 4 intercostal incision, choose reasonable observation hole and the hole, observation of lung bullae, find out, and then pulled it out from the hole, in its base excision of pulmonary bullae. Results All the two hole method of video-assisted thora- coscopic operation for the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax patients in the follow-up of 4 - 6 months recovery rate more than 90%, only 2 cases of pneumothorax, after second times of thoracoscopic operation cured. Conclusion The two hole method of video-assisted thoracoseopic operation was the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax, which has simple operation, the recurrence rate is very low, small wound, low cost advantage to ensure clinical popularization rate.
