碳酸亚铊在家兔体内的毒物动力学研究

摘    要:用静脉注射给家兔一次染毒,研究了碳酸亚铊在家兔体内的动力学过程,结果表明:血中铊浓度。时间曲线符合二室开放模型。碳酸亚铊在家兔体内毒物动力学特点是分布极快,呈周身分布,其中以肾脏含量最高,次为肠、骨、肌肉、脾、肺。其消除较为缓慢,消除半衰期较长,为26.76小时,在体内并有一定量的蓄积,这表明铊对机体有蓄积毒性。

Abstract:The kinetic process of thallous carbonate in rabbits was observed after they were intoxicated by intravenous injection. The results showed that the concentration-time curve of blood conforms with the two open compartments model. The process also showed that it was distributed very quickly and widely. The contents in different parts of the body were in the order of kidney, intes dne, bone, muscle, spleen and the lung with the highest in the kidney. It was also shown that thal lium dissolves relatively slow, its elimination half-life is 26.76 hrs. Furthermore, part of the thal lous carbonate would accumulate in the body, All these showed that thallium exerts great harm to the body.
