| 摘 要： | 目的 研究早期乳腺癌保乳手术术中电子射线照射，对保乳患者伤口引流液内GRO-1和VEGF的影响。方法采取随机方法，将60例保乳手术患者分为对照组和试验组，每组30例，对照组患者单纯行保乳手术，试验组患者行保乳手术并术中辅以电子射线照射。收集两组患者术后24h伤口引流液。应用ELISA方法，检测引流液内GRO-1和VEGF含量。结果对照组患者引流液内GRO—1和YEGF的含量分别为（50．08±14．09）pmol／1和（427．16±20．18）ng/1，两者在表达上呈正相关性（γ=0．817，P〈0．01）；实验组患者引流液内GRO-1和VEGF的含量分别为（15．64±2．80）pmol／1和（206．55±6．34）ng／1，两者在表达上呈正相关性（γ=0．449，P〈0．05）。与对照组比较，试验组GRO-1和VEGF含量均明显下降（P〈0．01）。结论术中电子射线照射明显降低保乳手术患者伤口引流液内GRO-1和VEGF的含量，并且两者表达呈正相关性。
