| 摘 要： | 同步放化疗(CCRT)是治疗局部晚期头颈部鳞癌的新热点。对以手术治疗为主的局部晚期头颈部鳞癌而言,CCRT的疗效与以手术为主的综合治疗的疗效相似,同时保全了器官及功能;对传统采用非手术治疗的局部晚期头颈部鳞癌而言,CCRT取得了更理想的局部控制率、无远处转移率和生存率。因此,CCRT为局部晚期肿瘤的临床治疗提供了新的模式。

| Abstract: | Concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) has become a standard treatment for locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma Organ preservation considerations and comparative therapeutic effects should guide the choice between CCRT and surgery for patients with resectable disease, and what' s more,the local control rate,non-distant metastasis rate and survival rate in CCRT are higher than those of conventional non-operative therapy. CCRT promises a new strategy for the treatment of locally advanced head and neck cancer. |
