| 摘 要： | 目的:分析急性脑卒中患者并发肺部感染的相关因素,从而制定防治措施。方法:对2000年1月~2007年12月的67例脑卒中并发肺部感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性调查分析。结果293例急性脑卒中患者中并发肺部感染67例,感染率为22.87%,肺部感染的发生与患者的年龄、基础疾病、卒中性质、意识障碍有关。结论:急性脑卒中患者并发肺部感染与多种因素有关,预防和治疗急性脑卒中肺部感染需采取综合措施。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analysis the correlative factors of acute stroke patients complicated by pulmonary infection.Methods: The clinical data of 67 patients from Jan2000 to Dec2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results: From 293 patients with acute stroke,there were 67 patients complicated by pulmonary,the infection rate was 22.87%.The risk factors included age of patients,chronic diseases,stroke natures,and coma.Conclusions: Acute stroke complicated by pulmonary infection correlate with many factors,comprehensive ... |
