| 摘 要： | 为了探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果，文献选择了100例心绞痛病人，随机分为3组，给予不同治疗方案（A：维奥欣胶囊；B：消心痛；C：A B），运用药物经济学的成本－效果分析方法进行评价，得出C方案为最佳治疗方案，通过分析说明了药物经济学在优化治疗方案，指导合理用药，提高经济效益方面具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the economic effectiveness in different therapeutic schemes, 100 patients with angina pectoris are selected. The patients were randomly divided into three groups which received different therapeutic scheme (A:weiaoxin, B:isosorbide, C:A+B). According to the evaluation with economics cost-effective analysis, C is the best scheme. The results show that pharmaco economics is very important in optimizing therapeutic scheme, guiding rational drug use and increasing economic effectiveness. |
