摘    要:目的:测定复方氯丙嗪中的盐酸氯丙嗪和盐酸异丙嗪二组分含量。方法:CPA矩阵紫外分光光度法测定复方药物中的二组分含量,微机处理数据。

Abstract:Objective:To determine chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride content in the compound tablets of chlorpromazine. Methods: CPA matrix ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the two components in the compound tablets. The data were processed by a computer. Results:The selected wavelengths were 220, 226 and 254 nm. The average rate of recovery of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride was 99 6% and 100.8%( n =5), respectively, with CV not more than 3 0 %( n =8). Conclusion:Under the selected experimental condition, the CPA matrix method is simple, quick and accurate in the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride content in the compound tablets.
