| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前院前心肺复苏（ＣＰＲ）成功的因素。方法：７５１例心跳呼吸骤停的患者随机分为两组（Ａ、Ｂ）。Ａ组３７６例徒手胸外心脏按压：Ｂ组３７５例除 常规方式 救治外，同时使用大剂量肾腺素及主动按压－减压心肺复苏术。结果：Ａ组自主循环功能恢复，Ｂ组自主循环功能恢复１４例。结论：大剂量肾上腺素及主动按压－减压心肺复苏可以提高复苏成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the successful factors of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) before admission. Methods:Seven hundred and fifty one patients with cadiopulmonary arrest were randomly allocated to two groups. Group A ( n =376) received the external artificial cardiac compression. In addition to the routine CPR, group B( n =375) received high dose adrenaline and the active compression decompression in CPR(ACD CPR). Results:Four patients in group A and 14 patients in group B were resuscitated successfully. Conclusion:High dose adrenaline and ACD CPR may improve the resuscitation. |
