CA610血细胞分析仪在临床应用中的评价

目的：检测ＣＡ６１０血细胞分析仪的准确性。方法：用正常人抗凝血做样本，测试该分析仪两通道的重复性，精确性，并对不同病例的血标本进行自动分类与手工分类对照。结果：两通道的重复性及精确性经统计平估，均符合检测要求，该仪器设定固定界标，自动分类与手工涂片镜检的结果，在白血病，传染性单核细胞增多症等病例中差异很大。结论：该机性能稳定，但仪器自动分类须结合手工分类。

Evaluation of CA610 blood cell analyzer in clinical application

Objective:To determine the accuracy of the CA610 blood cell analyzer. Methods:Anticoagulated blood samples of healthy individuals were used for testing the functions of the double channels of the analyzer. The blood samples from different cases were classified automatically and artificially for comparison.Results:The reproducibility and accuracy of the double channels evaluated with statistics were all satisfactory. But there were significant differences between the results of automatic classification with fixed discriminator performance and artificial classification in patients with leukemia and infectious mononucleosis. Conclusion:Although the functions of the CA610 blood cell analyzer are stable, it is necessary to combine the automatic classification with the artificial classification.
